Shipping & Returns

All items are carefully packaged and usually include a handwritten note and some information on the Artist, Shaper or Designer. Please let us know if you are sending a gift, we will gladly wrap it for you.

Orders are shipped usually within in 2 to 3 business days upon ordering. This may be increased for surfboard shipments and the oddly shaped piece of art. We will of course notify you in the event shipping is delayed more than 2-3 days.   For all surfboard orders, we will contact you separately after ordering to arrange shipping.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping, and the destination address.

Shipping costs are processed upon checkout – for special instructions, insurance or expedited shipping – or if you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us.

International Shipping
Please note that customers are responsible for all international custom and duty fees.

Shipping – Notifications
You should receive a notification email from either USPS or UPS when your order has shipped. If you do not receive this email within 2 to 4 days after placing your order, please check your Spam/Junk mail folder or contact us.

Shipping – Insurance
Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, the package then becomes that carrier’s responsibility and Corduroy is no longer liable. We insure all orders for their retail value in case of loss or damage. Additional insurance can be purchased for any shipments prior to shipping.

Out of Stock
In some instance we may be out-of-stock of items listed on our website. We do our best to keep items updated and to only display items on our website that are in-stock and ready to ship. If you place an order for an item that is out-of-stock we will either issue a full refund or ship your item when it is re-stocked.

Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your purchase upon arrival. Damaged products must be reported to us within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If you find a damaged product please notify us immediately.

Returns
We offer a 15-day no-hassle return policy for in-store or online credit. Shipping costs for a returned item are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before returning an item to receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to help us track and refund your item. All returned items must be returned in original packing materials and arrive in unused condition. We recommend insuring the package for the full retail value of the item and using original packing material.

To make a return you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA please e-mail and include your order number and a list of the items you are returning. We will then respond with a RMA number, which you will need to include in the address field of your package. Please do not return any products until you have received an RMA number.
